Exchange Guidelines:

  • Products will only be eligible for exchange if they are found defective, damaged during transit, or delivered incorrectly.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to approval after quality inspection by the Universal team.
  • Any product that has been damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or application will not be covered under this policy.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will not be included in any refund value.
  • No refund will be provided once a product is sold, unless there is a verified quality concern.
  • Free Trial orders and their shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In general, a product may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery only if:

It was received in a physically damaged condition.

It has missing parts or components.

It remains unused and the product packaging is unopened.


Once your return or exchange request is approved, the resolution will be processed within 7–21 business days.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped (whichever is earlier).
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

  • Received in damaged or defective condition (including leakage, breakage, or expired product).
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items will not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The product is opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Damage is caused due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Free trial/sample orders are involved.

3. Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • All exchanges are subject to approval after quality inspection by our team.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines: 5–7 working days from approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
