1. Return Eligibility

At Universal Remedies, we are committed to your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure a fair and secure process for all our customers.

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If your product arrives broken, leaked, expired, or visibly damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for correction.
  • Unused and Original Packaging: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original seal, label, and packaging.
  • Return Request Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped (whichever is earlier). To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
